Mr. Jones is a land broker specializing in residential land acquisitions and dispositions throughout Southern California. Since joining the company Mr. Jones has become one of the leading residential land brokers in Southern California with a specific focus on the six major metropolitan counties within the Southland. As a result, Mr. Jones has established strong relationships with homebuilding, apartment, and land development executives seeking to strengthen their future land pipeline. In addition to land sales, his tasks also include capital sourcing, debt and equity structures, deal sourcing and property valuation.

Prior to joining Chaparral Land Company, Mr. Jones worked at Lennar Homes San Diego Division as a Land Acquisition Manager. During his tenure with Lennar, Mr. Jones was instrumental in the acquisition of multiple residential properties valued in excess of $200 million throughout San Diego County, including The Lakes above Rancho Santa Fe, and Sky Ranch in Santee. His primary duties included deal sourcing, financial valuation, due diligence analysis and contract negotiation. In addition, Mr. Jones was tasked with Project Management duties which round out his thorough knowledge of the land acquisition and land development processes.
