About Graham

Graham G. Weiss is a principal of Chaparral Land Company and has been actively involved in residential land brokerage for his entire professional life. Mr. Weiss was the founder of GW Realty Co. which merged with Chaparral Land Company in 2011 after a successful informal partnership of almost 20 years. Mr. Weiss has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $2 billion in all six metropolitan counties throughout Southern California. As a principal broker Mr. Weiss is recognized as one of the foremost land transaction specialists in Southern California. Accordingly, he has become a highly sought advisor to national homebuilders and apartment developers who desire to enter or improve their presence in the Southern California marketplace.

Chaparral Land Company provides land brokerage services to lenders, developers, builders, investors, major landowners, and governmental agencies.
