Mr. Cooper joined Chaparral Land Company in July of 1994 and has since further established his prominent position among Southern California residential land brokers. Over the 20 year time span of his residential land experience, he has sold or financed approximately 20,000 lots with a transaction value in excess of $500 million. He is client driven, remaining in touch and creating new relationships with a wide range of land owners, builders, and developers across Southern California. His extensive residential land brokerage experience, contact base, and knowledge of the Southern California market make him a valuable asset to any project.

Prior to joining Chaparral Land Company, Mr. Cooper worked with Graham G. Weiss at Knowles-Avery Realty Advisors where his duties included land sales, property identification, project valuation, project financing, and resource identification and analysis. Mr. Cooper was the first broker in San Diego County to complete a transaction with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and continues to focus time and attention on lender opportunities.
