About Eleni

Eleni Christianson joined Chaparral Land Company in early 2023, strengthening the Company's presence in the Inland Empire and Orange County. Eleni got her start in land brokerage by closing 7 industrial deals in 12 months.

Prior to her career transition into real estate, Eleni worked in heavy civil engineering construction, with public and private clients specialized in industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional new developments throughout Southern California.

In nearly 17 years of her construction experience, she managed multimillion dollar contracts, while in key roles. Her strong work ethic, ability to earn trust and deliver results, led to efforts that nearly tripled the company's sales as its Vice President of Business Development. More than half of these sales represented well-satisfied customers from many of the largest privately-owned and publicly-traded homebuilders and developers in the United States.
