Evan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Development where he learned from prominent industry executives. He aims to master the art of land brokerage, staying abreast of the latest market trends in real estate and housing.

He specializes in sourcing land transactions throughout San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Northern California. Evan's deals range from infill redevelopment to 800 lot master planned communities. Evan's understanding of entitlements, market dynamics, and land development allow him to excel in residential land brokerage, contributing to over $150 million in transactions.
