Gary Arendts joined Chaparral Land Company in 1996 making an immediate impact with his extensive land brokerage expertise of Southern California. Mr. Arendts is intimately familiar with the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. He has specialized in the representation of investors, developers, and builders for over 25 years. With his wealth of knowledge of each field in the industry, Mr. Arendts is able to meet his client's specific needs and exceed their expectations. His ability to locate, analyze, and complete a lucrative transaction has given him an outstanding reputation which he continues uphold. Mr. Arendts has be involved in the sale of over 35,000 residential lots and dozens of investment properties throughout his professional career.

Prior to joining Chaparral Land Company, Mr. Arendts was responsible for residential land and commercial investment property transactions at Grubb & Ellis. He has been a licensed California Real Estate professional since 1993 and is a CCIM candidate.
